Returns Policy


Passion for Shoes offer a 14 day exchange policy on all our products, excluding sale items. The following requirements must be met on returns:

  • Goods must be unworn and in original condition. (Please try on your new shoes on carpet to avoid scuff marks).
  • Goods must be returned in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchased date.
  • If your purchased shoes have been worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and the return shipping fee will be payable by the customer.

Any postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you use registered post so your item can be tracked, as we take no responsibility for lost items through the post. Please email us prior to returning any products, and we will email you our returns form and address.

Any items purchased with a special discount coupon are classified as 'Specials'.  No returns are applicable to items classified as 'Specials' or purchased using a promotional discount voucher.



Exchanges are no problem at all. Simply email us with your exchange request. We will hold the goods for 7 days. Once we have the returned item, and it meets our return criteria, we will gladly send your selected purchase. Passion for Shoes offers one free postage charge on an exchange item. If you exchange shoes more than once on the same order, you will be charged the flat rate of $15.00 for delivery and handling.


Discounted Items

Discounted items cannot be returned even for incorrect sizing, or change of mind,as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.
