Delivery Information

Delivery of your new product is done with great care at Passion for Shoes.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched by Australia Post within the next business day. Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next business day. We use Registered Post and we will notify you when your product is dispatched and provide you with tracking details.

If you are not available at the address specified by you when the courier delivers your product, your product will be dropped off at the nearest Australia Post for pick up. The courier will leave a note in your post box notifying you of the missed delivery and where the parcel may be picked up. The courier may require a signature upon receipt of delivery. We highly recommend you use a business address to avoid delays in receiving your parcel.

If, for some reason, items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to organise a replacement, Passion for Shoes do not take any payment until your shoes have been picked for your entire order. 

An Express Post flat fee of $15.00 per order under $150.00 applies to all states in Australia.  Orders above $150 are delivered free. This includes Registered Post fees for tracking purposes. Please contact us for international rates. Passion for Shoes takes every measure to ensure your parcel is delivered quickly, however it is out of our control if there are delays with Australia Post.

Additional postage charges will be charged for orders outside of Australia. Please contact us for shipping costs outside of Australia.
